Yes, communication with the seller was excellent. The order was confirmed immediately and I was notified the next day that production had begun. I received an email telling me that one of the promotional items might not be available and they would provide a replacement. A few days after ordering, I had a question and they got back to me quickly. About two weeks later I received an email that the item passed inspection and I received the tracking number. Shipping was quick and arrived in 4 days!
